Hey Everyone,
First post here. Anywho, I purchased my O1 xterra last auguest w/ 69000 miles, when purchased the extra power point below the cig lighter and the extra power point in the rear did not work. A year later and now 107,000 miles they still dont work...?

What do I need to do to make the power-points function again?

Thanks Guys,
Thats where I started looking, I've yet to find a blown fuse for that affected item. Now, the regular cig lighter has "blown" 2 fuses in the last two months (With nothing other then a cell phone charger). I had the computer replaced at 70,000, I'm thinking maybe that has somthing to do with it...? I realy have no true idea though, I'm at my witts end...

that sgouldnt be wired to the computer

as a last resort if you cant find the prob or no one else here has a different idea, you could always run your own circuit for them

Check the dash fuses and the one next to the battery, the one by the battery was what did it for me.

From what I have read I think they maybe fused or have something that disconnects the power internally. It is probably easier to buy some lighter sockets from Wal-Mart and replace them. While you're doing that make sure the wires are "hot".

That was it! To be honest I had no idea there was a second fuse box, just a 50 cent 20 amp fuse fixed the problem.

THANKS GUYS!!!!
