Well even though my 265/75/16 tires fit fine I have been noticing that my rear sits lower than normal even without any weight in it. I guess that towing my boat was not a good idea for facotry springs but oh well. I was looking at getting add a leaf mainly to restore the factory springs and to decrease sagging with heavy loads but also wouldnt mind just a touch of lift for now until I decide if I want to crank the torsion bars and maybe shackles also.

My question is if 4x4 parts single add a leaf will require new u bolts or not? On the site it does not say it includes U bolts and it doesnt seem to mention if they require longer bolts. Anyone have any experience with the add a leaf im talking about and if I have to buy longer u bolts?

if im not mistaken ricer didnt ues longer bolts or at least he didnt mention them.... mine came with the new bolts cause mine was the 3 pack.... good luck....

i didnt use longer ubolts, however i no longer have an overload leaf on the truck, if you wanna keep the overload leafs you gotta get new ubolts

so do you think should i get rid of the overlord leaf or not??

depends on if you [lan on towing alot of weight..... the overload leaf will not let your leaf pack reverse the arch which is bad..... i have towed alot of things since i put on my lift and i havent had a problem yet....

i have put roughly 1100lbs in my truck over the rear axle(mostly from 12x12 concrete tiles) and i was dangerously close to reversing my arc, it really depends on how much weight the rear springs are holdin up, not so much what you are pulling
however to be safe if you do tow, haul alotm id recommend gettin the whole leaf pack like jason has

So If I want to keep the overlord leaf I have to either use the 4x4 parts aal and buy longer u bolts or I was thinking about calmini add a leaf which shows it having everything you need. Anyone know if calminis kit is supposed to remove the overlord leaf or not??

the leaf pack i bought was from 4x4parts and it came with the bolts.... you will be better off going with them trust me and everyone else on here that has delt with calmini......
