I installed my new stereo in my 07 X and now I have the airbag warning light blinking. I have tried clearing the ODBE codes, no go. I have also disconnected the neg battery terminal for an hour and it is still blinking at me. Before I take it to the dealership to see if they can reset it, I want to see if there is anything else.

Here you go:

1. Put the key in the ignition, and turn to ON...it will turn on for around 6 seconds (give or take).
2. As soon as it starts to blink, turn the key off and take it out of the ignition.
3. Repeat 3 times
4. On the last time (4th all in all) it should turn on once you turn the key to ON (as it did the last 3 times) but then it should turn off and stay off.

actually the you have to do it 4 times, the 4th time it will start to blink slowly, repeat a 4th time and then it will shut off. Thanks for the information.
