I've been to several local automotive parts stores, Walmart and Kmart too but I cannot find the large black rubber/PVC style door edge protectors. I used to own a set and recall they were about 6 inches long and about 1-2 inches wide with about half of the width sticking out to act as a cushion. I've searched the net somewhat but could not find them.
If anyone can suggest a source for them I'd appreciate it!

Thanks but the ones I'm looking for fit vertically on the edge of the door. The only ones I can find are the 1/4" plastic strips. The ones I want are much more substantial.
