It doesn't have anything to do with where it was taken for the pic in question. The problem lies in that he was in a lush green field with houses in the background. Had he been parked on a trail/road, it would have been a different story. The image "portrays" trail blazing. That is the only reason it had to be removed and not because of concerns of trespassing. Like I said, had you been able to tell that he was on a trail it would have been ok.

well just to let you know he was on his friends property, that has trails all over it here in pa that we hit up all the time and he was not trail blazing. that is a marshy/mud pit area been threw it many of times.... just a fyi.....

That's cool. Thanks for the info. We knew that more than likely it was on private land with permission but like I said, the kicker was you couldn't see a trail behind him or under him. That was the only thing that trumped it. :( Sorry guys.
