Your post is a little hard to read. Is it oil or transmission fluid that is leaking?
If it's transmission fluid and it's leaking near the front of the vehicle then check all the connections to and from the transmission cooler which will be part of the radiator. Take the skidplate off, that will enable you to have a much better look at everything.
Good luck.

Yeah I just changed my transmision fluid and filter and I deveoped a leak as well. When I took my pan off I had to remove the back tranny mount to get to the last 2 bolts off so to do that we jacked up the transfer case(anyone else have this problem with removing the pan????). So as you can see when mine started leaking the first thing i thought of was that i broke a seal on the transfer case. After spending some time under the car with a friend we concluded that it would only leak when the car was warmed up and we didnt see any possible leaking points other than the vent on top which cannot be seen but is the most probable cause. So long story short I overfilled the transmission even though I put the exact amount required by the book but I made the msitake of not measuring the drained fluid. The leak was just the fluid overflowing out of the vent simply because I overfilled it just as your dealer said, which is a real releif for me and hopefully it can be for you as well. Good luck.
