Im seriosuly considering upgrading my cb radio from the tiny lil cobra ultra III to a beefier cobra 29 wxnw. problem is i cant mount it in the same spot as my old one was (it was mounted in the void underneath the cd player on the 1.5 gen) show me some pics of where you mounted yours if you have one about that size? if nothing else, i'll dremel out the void to make it wider and slide it in there, but then i'd cut more plastic which i dont really want to do if i ever get rid of my cb (unlikely but still possible)

me too, but i want one with weather a a lil more capabilities. i love the one i have now, but its so simple. if they made a small one with weather and other stuff like dual channel watch and stuff like that, then id have no problem lol.

may have just solved my problem!!! found a midland that is the same size w/ NOAA weather capabilities! i'll look farther into this first though.
