Welome to the club. I'll be honest with ya. The X is the most versatile SUV I've seen in awhile. Since I've owned it, I brought home a washing machine, a water heater for my neighbor, towed my boss's car... You wont regret the purchase.
I bought one because during the non snowy months I drive a sports car. But I also need a truck (own a house).
I researched the market for a year before I made my decision. Put it this way, I kept my last truck for 10 years. I plan on keeping this one till its dead.
Good luck in your decision. If I can ever help you just post a question. Im sure either me or one of my collegues can help you out.
Oh, dont cheap out and get a 2X4 get a 4X4. Be carefull, they may try to swindle you into thinking you got one over the other.
good luck,
John

I have an auto. When you say 2 wheeler, do you mean 2X4?
Gas milage sucks. Its an SUV. they all get around 17 MPG.

boofer7 yes 2wheeler means 2x4 we have only owned 4x4 for the last20yrs other than clunkers for basic transportation our family car is a 95 impala ss with 39000 miles and my kids hate it goes pretty good though never tried against new hemis though other car is 01 chevy 2500 hd 8.1 allision trany 4x4 pretty peppy but at 10 mpgs hard to drive 17 mpgs sounds good to me so does 5000 tow rate for xterras and cant forget 90 wrangler nearly dead at 192000 it gets 18mpgs or used to thanks
