I'm hoping someone can answer this yet today, being that I'm doing the work right now. My 06 has close to 80k on it and I'm replacing all the fluids today, I've done the gearbox and both diffs so far. I want to bleed out the brake lines and put fresh dot6 in, my question though concerns the hydrolic throw-out-bearing release under the bell housing. My experiance with Fords would lead me to believe that this taps out of the breaking system someplace, I know it doesn't come straight out of the master unit though, someplace farther downline maybe. Before I crack the bleeder valve though, I want to make sure. Any input would be great, I'll check back shortly.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The clutch and brakes are two separate systems. The bleeder for the clutch will be on the slave cylinder or will have an extension so it is on the outside of the bellhousing.

What I'm trying to confirm is does the clutch slave cylinder on the bell housing draw it's fluid from the brake master unit or resevoir. The brake fluid resevoir has to lines going off from it and both go to the ABS unit. When I crack the bleeder valve on the clutch slave cylinder I want to know for sure where it draws its fluid from, so I know where to add it.

I had a look in my owners manual. It shows a clutch resevoir in the driverside corner of the engine bay (I can't confirm... I have a slushbox). If the clutch has a resevoir then it will definitely be a completely seperate system from the brakes system.
