Hi,
I guess i cant do much untill post here... I am a die-hard Toyota owner, I have a 1986 toyota 4Runner 4cyl 4x4 with a 5spd have had tons of fun with it since I have owned it (going on 7 years). So I couldnt afford a newer toyota and I ended up buying, at a steal, a 2002 5spd Xterra with 58k miles on it clean title never been crashed. Well since then I have fallen inlove with the ruggedness of the X and would not trade it... well maybe for a 4x4 X but that is another thread all together.
About me... I am a mechanical engineer who loves to tinker on all kinds of elctro-mechanical machines...I turn my own wrench... if you dont thats cool but I have to do my own work. I love to go off roading and hitting the beach when ever time permits. I live in deep south texas and I do mean deep I can see mexico from my back yard... lol. I also like to weld and build things from steel... i built my own swing out tire carrier for my 4Runner and am in the process of designing a front plate bumper.
