Yeah for starters sorry bout jacking the last thread I posted, didn't know I should create a new one, thought it was an all inclusive new members thread... anyway.
Names ERic I have a 2000 X that I just bought from a buddy
33x12.5x15s
1.5" calmini shackles
torsion bars are turned up 1.5 in the front
K&N filter
and that's about it at the moment

Looking to do a 2-3" body lift, and if an actuall suspension lift exists then I am going that route. I keep getting mixed answers on that one.

Welcome! Don't sweat the other intro, it was kind of funny though. You've got a great starting point for a nice build. Keep us posted.

Having a rough time with my X, since I have had it these 4 months now I have had to replace the crank position sensor, Distributor, and about to undergo changing upper and lower ball joints (lower's are shot, might as well do both) as well as the drivers and passengers tie rod ends (alignment shop told me the driver's side is froze up)

Hi all,
My name is Russ and I just bought an '02 X bone stock with about 88,000 miles on it. Looking to do some upgrades as far as lift and wheels but I need to make sure the motor is up to task. The supercharger is making a little bit of noise that I don't like and it has oil in it cause I checked. I have been doing a bit of poking around about it and have heard that you can buy a s/c coupler for it and that takes care of most of the noise. When I had the belt off to the s/c, there was a bit of play between the pulley and the gears. I have seen the couplers on ebay for about 35 bucks but they say they are for an eaton s/c. I have called some local dealers and parts depts but no one is able to tell me the brand name so I can get the correct coupler. Is the s/c one that Nissan manufactures or is it another company that supplies them with the huffers and what will the couplers from ebay fit on?
Thanks
