I just recently purchased a light bar, brush guard, and 6 lights (4 on the light bar and 2 on the brush guard) and a mean green 180 amp alternator. I really like the way it makes my X look. Also it makes me stand out from the rest of the Xterras that drive around town. I really like driving around at night with all my lights on. Now i dont get mad when people drive at me with their high beams on because now i just flip the switch for the lights on my light bar and blind them back even more.

yes, i got piaa's in my headlamps and driving lamps, it was real foggy the other nite here, and some dumb m.f. flips his high beams at me, since it was so super foggy it actually hurt my eyes, i was like oh hell no, i flashed him back and he swerved like someone was about to hit him, greatness, congrats on the new mods, lets see some pics!

I did all the work myself. It only took me one day to put everything on and two days to wire everything up.

these are the switches that control the light bar (left switch for the left two lights and right switch for the right two lights). The switches fit into the factory holes (with just a bit of widening) where the security light and extra knockout piece use to be

this is the switch that controls the lights and the brush guard. I put it there cuz i couldnt find a better spot for it without cutting a new spot for it

when i install the light bar the instruction called for drilling a hole in my roof under one of me legs of the roof rack. now i was just a little scared of drilling a hole in my roof because if i did something wrong and things started to leak then i would be screwed and sometimes if you plug or seal the hole properly water can still leak in so instead of running the wires through my roof, i ran them down the molding, theres actually alot of room for wires under the mold once you get it off.

if anyone is interested in more information or pictures of exactly how i did this then i will be more then happy to assist in anyway

i also have installed the lightbar from 4x4parts and i aslo didnt drill a hole in the roof, i ran the wires up the molding and put the switch on the side of my center console. the lightbar is great i just wish i had the stuff to make it i could have done it myself. i told ricer today to get one and put another set of hella 500's on it he nodded his head....
