In my search for a used Xterra for $6k, I found a '95 Pathfinder XE 5sp with 150k miles for $2000. I owned one just like it until 15 years ago, but this one is 2WD. Ok for me, since it's only for the street.

If I test drive it at the dealer and it seems ok, I'm tempted to buy it and then be willing to put a few grand of repairs into it. I don't know what it might need. It looks to be in great condition from the photos. But it's 2 hours from where I live, so I can't have my mechanic check it out.

Is there anything I should really look watch out for in a Path of this vintage?
