I thought I'd join in to see what's going on...

I have a 2006 S 4x4 - White to help repel the AZ heat!. I try to do most of my own maintenance and am currently looking to see what lift kit I'd like to get for it - nothing too extreme justa couple inches of lift. When out 4-wheeling the back mud flaps like to scrape the ground - I'm glad they are still attached!

I use my X to haul around my neighbor's and my mountain bikes too - the two fit in the back perfectly on a bracket assy I made.

I had a Nismo cold air intake and the heat shield couldn't stand up to the off-road adventures, unfortunately. I really liked the way it screamed at 4 -5K RPM. So for now I am using a K&N filter with the stock air box.

Welcome to ClubX. If you do any sort of offroading you'll want to lose the mudflaps (SUVs aren't legally required to have them in AZ), and also lose the steprails - they'll just get trashed.

Welcom! Good choice on color. We have an 08 S Avalanche White & a 01 Silver. Hope to see you out and about on some Forest Roads. The Fat Tire charity AZXC helps with is coming up in August.
