my rims are beat up and rusty and my X has no rust, so this is a problem.
Where I can I buy replacement rims in CANADA?
What rims from other vehicle will fit? (minimum backspacing, width etc)
How much can I deviate from factory specs (BS, wheel width, etc) keeping in mind that I was to reuse the tires I bought less than a year ago...

I assume these tims are 15" X 7" (width?) with 5.5" bolt pattern, 6 lug, and 5.5" backspacing...does this mean I need at least 5.5" BS (so 5.5" and up?)...don't know much about rims. Thanks.

LOL

Yes...same as stock works great.

You want 5.5" of BS, not at least that....just that.

If running teeny tires, you can have LESS BS.

(The more BS, the tighter the rim is tucked into the wheel well-LESS BS makes the rim stick out more, etc)

:D

know anywhere in Canada where I can buy some cheap ones?

EDIT: Nevermind...just found a place that sells black winter rims for $70 ea. They'll be better than my rusted steel ones.

The new rims look great but I noticed that from the outside, looking at them, the center part is deeper into the rim than the stock ones. One thing I noticed is that the front right tire barely rubs on the mud flap when I back up with wheels fully turned to the right...
