I'm about to install my Cobra 75 and would like to power it off of a constant power connection in the fuse block. Does anyone know which position is always hot (constant power)? I searched but couldn't locate it. Thanks!

just go straight to the battery and run an inline fuse, it will achieve the same thing as a position that is always hot

I have an Add-A-Fuse with me where my buddy is helping me. No inline fuse.

I found my answer in the 2004 FSM LT manual.

MODELS WITH POWER DOOR LOCKS Room Lamp Power is supplied at all times
● through 7.5A fuse [No. 28, located in the fuse block (J/B)]

I'll just add a fuse into that as my add-a-fuse is rated to 10A, enough to handle the room lamps and the CB.
