R for Rejected! Yay...
Failed Massachusetts state inspection for a leaky exhaust. Dealership will pick up the repair cost...wonder if I can get a full stainless cat-back system installed on their dime, haha.

You can buy one of my Nismo Cat backs and charge them for it!
Nice X!!! Is that a subwoofer in the back?

I'm trying to decide if I should follow through with the Lemon Law...could get a brand new X...or have them fix it for free. Probably just have them fix it, I personally don't like the looks of the new X.
Yes, that's the factory sub on the left. It's got the Rockford 300 watt system, 6 disc in-dash changer, A-pillar tweeters...sounds pretty nice. I'll probably wind up swapping out the HU for my own deck, it's got a 3.5mm input for my MP3

You could get a brand new X, like a 2010? That's no question - 2nd gens have way more power than 1st gens, don't have the timing belt replacement at 105k, are nicer on the inside all around, etc..

I'm not 100% on how/when they'd have to give you a new model year; but theoretically, yes a 2010. I can't imagine they'd do that because of a pinhole exhaust leak, just dreamin' there. If it failed for something major, like title fraud or major drivetrain problems, odometer fraud etc. it would be a good candidate for new model year replacement.

Took a detour today on the way home from work, there's a couple good public access fire roads around me. I haven't been up there in quite a while, turns out there's a massive tree down before the most fun section...wish I had a chainsaw with me, I would've cleared the road and continued on. Didn't get a shot of the tree, or any other cool shots I thought I did. Cellie crapped out :-/
This was just after the road "ended" and the dirt began.
