I recently picked up an 02 SE S/C on a bit of a whim (too cheap to turn down). It's dark green, and is completely stock. I needed something to tow a small holiday trailer and was pretty pumped to discover that these things have a 5000 lb tow rating. I'd much rather drive this X than the 1/2 ton I thought I was going to have to buy. Now I just have to talk the wife into planning our summer vacation around some trails.
So far, I've replaced a cracked leaf spring, refinished the rear bumper, and am presently sorting out some electrical gremlins (several exterior lights aren't working)
I don't plan on modifying it at all, other than a tranny cooler, but some new tires are on the wish list. It has Michelin Cross Terrains on it right now (yuck).
I've been Scanning the board for common problems and I'll check those out too before hooking the trailer up.
Thanks for the great site!

Yeah, it was the only spot that had any rust on it. I ground it down, hit it with rust converter, high build primer, sanded it smooth and found a rattle can that is pretty close to the original grey.

I guess I should have said the wife would kill me in my sleep if I modded it. It would have 35s under it if I had my way.
Heres some pics in it's current state. As you can see, my daughter is pretty pumped about the X. (I know, garage pics, boo, hiss, but it's not insured yet.)
