They came in yesterday and i cant wait to gt them installed. Does anyone on here have a BL and have far will the bumper sit without the relocation brackets. I didn't get them because im eventually getting shrocks but i would love to see pictures of how low it is to the body.
Thanks,
Bruce

it looks bad. i just left my bumper off which actually looked kind of cool and was EXTREMELY functional. it looks pretty ugly if you leave that gap in there though
You don't want to do shackles without cranking your torsion bars BTW.

As an aside, I don't recommend leaving the bumper off. I wanted to do that when I had mine dissassembled for painting and I called the police station and they said it was illegal to drive without the front bumper. Rear they were okay with for some reason. Maybe it varies by location but I'd check into it first.

Instead of relocation brackets, if you can get/find a 2" thick piece of steel or Alum. Square tubing (or close to it, and space with washers), you can cut a 4-5" section and use that as 'spacer'. The bumper brackets stay where they currently are, and this sits on top of it where the bumper would usually go (and bumper on thop of the spacer). Then you get 8mm (1.25 thread) x 70mm bolt from Home Depot ($1 ea). This wil get you back together for no/little cost.

yeah I totally thought about doing that but didn't get the idea until I took off the bumper again to do the welding. haha. funny how that works.

Great information guys, but it looks like this post is almost two years old. Might be a little late for him.
