Whats up all. I am a new proud owner of a 2003 xterra 4WD 6CYL - Gray/(Brown). Got a good deal (I think so) from a dealer and am just doing some minor things to it right now - by the end of next week, everything should be the way I want it (the tires will take the longest) and I can really open it up. I must say, I am really really loving it so far. Look forward to bsing with yinz.

It was listed at 9950. I went to the dealer, drove it - (it has PA inspection sticker until 2/11) - they said it needed: new front rotors, exhaust from the muffler back, and 4 new tires. They quoted me 9168 which included all work done but was before Tax, Title, License and quoted my 7300 as is, before TTL. I told him Id think about it. Called him the next day and offered 7300 as is, out the door. He called me back and said 7168, as is, before TTL. Came out to about 7900 out the door - I've gotten the muffler fixed - 80 bucks, went to get the rotors changed or milled down - they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or rotors (which I thought myself) - they switched out the fluids - 80 bucks. I am getting a couple chips replaced in the windshield - 70 bucks, also getting new tires (4) and having them put on, balanced and an alignment which should be about 650$ - plus 100 for a new ipod ready head unit - I am going to be looking at about 8800 for EVERYTHING - which is pretty good, I think.

Welcome! Sounds like you got a good deal. What size tires did you go with?

I just had Mastercraft Courser AT-2's put on today, mounted, balanced, 4 tires, out the door = 560$. I went back and forth on tires and this was by far the best deal I got and a good tire, taboot.
