2002 x won't start, new battery, got power to lighs and stuff. starter won't turn over and i'm hearing a buzz at this black plastic box right by the passenger window under hood, close to the fuse box. It has a plug in the back and a steel cable going to the throttle body. What is this box? Is it maybe the cruise control? Can't it affect the starting of my X. I think it's just the starter gone.
