It should be stamped into the side I believe.

Note the sticker in this picture.

If you head to the garage with a flashlight you might be able to read it. Or just pull it as your going to have to sooner or later.

Kinda odd that it would be the battery AND the starter. What were the symptoms?

Ya,it just did not have enough juice for starting...so I got a new batt. then it just buzzed, thats it.Got to be the starter or what?

Maybe, but it could also be bad ground. Was there a lot of corrosion on the terminals? Check you starter connections and ground for loosness or corrosion. If good, try tapping on the starter motor with a small hammer while attempting to start (might need an assistant). If it frees up while doing that, it is probably the starter. Could be a starter switch (solenoid), as well? Anyone else want to chime in on this?
Good luck,

Not sure if it even has a "solenoid", just speculating. I haven't had a problem w/ my starter so I never looked. Due to it being newer (solenoids, I believe are a thing of the past) I'd say it should have some type of relay. I'll do a little research, see if I can locate and get back to you later. In the meantime, if you can tap on the starter while attempting to start it (like previously mentioned), that can eliminate the starter if no change.
Oh, and check the connections, terminals etc.

yes it has one . i find it hard to believe that a 2003 needs a starter already check your battery wires and clamps.

Going by the Autozone diagram, it looks like it does have a solenoid and it piggybacks to the starter motor.
So, if that info is correct (again, anyone else that has been down this road, please chime in) you should be able to jump the terminals on the starter solenoid (use a screwdriver or wire or something to bridge the two posts) to see if this activates the starter. Be aware that there will be sparking and make sure your clear of any moving parts, like belts, pulleys or gears.
Hope this helps a bit.

Now that I looked closer, the solenoid from Autozone is $100 and the starter (w/ solenoid) is $130. Might as well get the whole thing.
Good luck!

i would take the starter out and take it to auto zone and have them check it first before throwing parts at it.

unhook the pos on the battery first take the 2 bolts out and drop down and unhook the wires on the starter .
