hey, i bought myself an 07 se for my 25th bday yesterday. this is the first new vehicle i've ever purchased so i'm pretty hyped. just a little about myself... my name is april, i dont like to capitalize when i type, my hobbies consist of going to the gym and working on my car. i also have a 94 integra gsr that i've had for about 5 yrs now, shes got a bunch of mods so i'm keeping her bc shes old and it wouldnt be worth me getting rid of. i'm a moderator on a local forum in my area called tamparacing.com, i mod the honda/acura tech forum. i'll be reolcating to savannah, ga sometime shortly w/my fiance.

yeah, i've got a pretty nice, yet moderate, setup on my gsr, and a lot of suspension mods. i havent taken it to the track in a while, but i've had it dyno tuned and she did pretty well. i'm wanting to autox her but i havent had time between my divorce, work, and selling my house.....hopefully i'll be able to get out there soon w/my roomate and his saabaru, he goes autoxing like twice a month.
yeah, id like to take the xterra offroad eventually, see how she does.

yeah, i sure do!

yeah, its a saab 9-3 aero wagon, which is the exact same vehicle as the wrx wagon. subaru worked w/saab on it. not too many people know about it and i had only heard about it and wasn't convinced until i actually saw his in person. i (my x-husband) had a wrx and a sti. then when my friend got the 9-3, i looked at the inside and the engine and its the exact same thing (engine, drive train, interior styling) as the wrx, hence saabaru! :D

was it cheaper in cost to buy?

i think he was saying it was cheaper brand new, probably bc theres no wrx hype and people dont know what they are. but if i look at the kbb value of them now and compare, the saab is worth slightly more. maybe it just holds its value better.

update: you guys probably can't tell from that pic, but the front bumper had a defect in it by the driver fog light, it was like a melted spot. the dealer replaced the entire front bumper and grill (it has a paint chip) for me. so now its flawless. also, my xterra came from a different dealer than i actually bought it from, and that other dealer decided to put that ugly license plate holder on the front of it so since i got everything replace i no longer have the ugly holes they drilled for that, yay!
