After much deliberation and input from you guys and gals on these boards Ive decided to go with the following setup.

285/60R18 Kumho Ecsta STX

i got factory sixteens with 285's and works great...a lil trimming but all good...seems to go through and over stuff easier too

Anyone running a similar size setup?

There are many running a similar size set-up, as far as width, and diameter, as its about the same as a small 32 (31.4" diameter, 11.4" section width tire).

As far as running street tires, yeah, there's some that don't have any plans to off road, so they have regular street tires too.

The 285/60's give you a short sidewall, about 6 3/4", too short to off road well with, as they are too short on sidewall to be useful...

...again, fine on the road, but not useful off road, etc.

I guess the other mall crawlers will be the ones running similar set-ups.

It looks good.
