These headers are for off-road use only. 1/2" thick CNC cut flange, mandrel bent stainless steel tubing 3 into 1 merge for optimum performance and flow. 100% TIG welded construction inside and out. Ceramic coated for long lasting and corrosion free performance. Bolts in place of your OEM exhaust manifold and pre-catalytic converter. Bolts to the flange on the main catalytic converter. Oxygen sensors bolt in place of the OEM pre-catalytic converter. Does not affect the vehicle's ECU. There are 4 oxygen sensors per system. Computer takes the main reading off of the primary catalytic converter in the system.
Dyno results show 14 HP with stock air box. Combined with the SLR iV Air Cleaner System and Cat Back Exhaust, there is a 35 HP gain. Results may vary from vehicle to vehicle.

No wait for them to build them..... have yours now... These headers are brand new never installed!!!

$450 SHIPPED in the USA 48 States.

Why are those particular headers for off-road use only, if they have all of the O2 sens.?

Cause it eliminates the cats. its to bypass the legal stuff

As silverbullet said, just because it has all the places to plug in the 02 sensors does not mean it makes the read correctly. The only thing that can do that is an actual catalytic converter.

Secondarily if we had a flash tuner available to us, as a community, the CEL for the catalytic inefficiency could be over ridden in the ECU's memory.

To make these emissions compliant, one could extend the wires for the secondary 02 sensors and weld in the bungs to install them behind the secondary set of catalytic converters. Thus eliminating the CEL and at the same time eliminating the primary CAT's.

But as they are, plugging in the primary 02 sensors into the manifold and the secondary sensors in BEFORE the secondary CAT's will cause a CEL/SES to activate, making them non-emissions compliant.
