: 2005 Se Fog Light Bulb Change?

I am looking to upgrade the foglight bulbs in my 2005 SE. I have the ION YELLOW FOG BULBS from PIAA. Very stoked. Now I am looking for any tips or advice on getting in there to change the bulbs.
Has anyone done this? Are there any NISSAN MANUAL SCHEMATIC sheets anywhere online that I can look at? Any help would be really appreciated!

VTxterra 03-12-2007, 09:38 PM Thats killer! Thank you! I am sure its just a matter of getting the plastic inner wheel well out of the way and replacing the bulbs. Thanks for the help. Anyone else out there with a '05 or newer performed this swap?
json3904 03-12-2007, 10:11 PM it had nothing about changing the bulb or even installing or removing fog lights, (well it had a section in the index but when i clicked on it it just told me how to remove the whole grill) i would just sugest trying to pull the plastic off it should be held on by plastiv clips and then just reach behind the lights and pull the bulb out...... hope it works!!!!

json3904 03-13-2007, 10:11 AM can you just stick your hand behind the bumper without removing the wheel well???? if so just lay on your back and reach up...... thats how the 1st gen is done i believe cause i can mess with the back of the light while laying on my back...... but that might just be for the 00-01

I just purchased my 07 and I'm planning to put the 2500K foglights in there so I'm wondering how this is accomplished. I very briefly looked under the bumper and I think either through the wheel well or unsnapping the shroud under the bumper is the best way to get to the bulbs.
What size are the bulbs for the 07 foglights? H11?
(Which reminds me, I need to get a Chilton's manual tonight...)

I have factory foglights already, I just want to put in 2500K bulbs. I needed to find the bulb size but I found it here (http://www.piaa.com/controller.php?action=getBulbs&make=NISSAN&model=480). Thanks though.

midnight runner 08-10-2009, 07:21 PM If all you are wanting to do is change the bulbs, then just unscrew the screws on the bottom of the front bumper piece and pop it open and reach up there and turn the plug until it comes off and pull it down and change the light.

how much for the yellow fogs? i want one too! i dunno if its legal in canada.
in order to get to the fogs you will need to remove the plastic in the wheel well, its just a couple of screws but I heard when you change the bulbs of the fogs it will mess up the beams alignment but im not sure on that.

The bulbs are about $90 from PIAA (http://www.piaa.com/Bulbs/Bulbs-H11.html).
The beam alignment shouldn't mess up really, since they screw in, there is only 1 angle that they can go in. I did the exact same mod on my '08 Altima last year. It's easy, and looks badass.
