I just wanted to say hey. Great site you have here.

I recently got a 04 se xterra, thermal red 4x4 with 25k miles.
I like the little truck, like everyone else I feel it could use more power, but otherwise its ok.
I had my choice of a 03 sc se, but went with the cleaner, lower mileage, non boosted one. Oddly both were the thermal red. I felt the the sc would of been nice, but the negatives outweighed the positives, particularly the gas issue with the sc.
Both of them had the brush guard that I noticed is insanely popular here :auslachen2-big:.

Its coming off I think.
I'll try to post a pic here sometime soon, I know pics of stock xterras must be slim around here....
Coming from a 79 k5 this thing is wildly different to say the least.
Anyways, thanks for being here to help noobs out like myself.

Good choices to go for the n/a rather than the sc, and also deciding to ditch the brush "guard"

The stealership salesman went on and on about how it was on there. I told him I liked everything about the truck except that.
To me it just looks out of place, of course reading on here its disliked for other reasons, but its coming off regardless.
