Hello all, first post here so be nice. I have an 08 Xterra with factory bluetooth installed. It sounds wonderful through the Fosgate system, but the person on the call can never hear me, especially on the highway with wind noise.

Is this normal? Is there a way to fix or adjust something?

Most people say they can hear me fine though I have a couple that complain it's hard to hear me so for them I'll try to pull over or speak louder, slower at the microphone in the overhead console. Check to see if your mic port is blocked up but I don't know of any way to adjust the gain on the mic.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have very similar experiences. I find myself yelling almost with some people, but others hear me fine. I was hoping there was a way to increase the sensitivity or loudness of the mic.

adjust bluetooth settings on your cell?
