Newby in WA State to the forum and Xterra's here. Just bought a 2001 SE
4x4 with 99,000 on the odo. Timing belt, water pump, etc. etc., were done 1500 miles ago. It's originally an AZ vehicle and although the previous owner was stellar with the mechanical stuff, the body is a bit rough. But...for the price I paid ($3,800).. I can't bitch to much...

Welcome to CX!
As a Arizonian, I can say for sure, the heat was hell on my '02's Xterras less than stellar paint job.
