Ok so maybe not the ultimate question but its quite the conundrum none the less. Ive been working on my Rock bouncing(think rockcrawler with the intention of jumping) buggy and me and my former roommate had a disagreement of sorts. Ok fine I told him he was a worthless POS and his wife was just as bad and neither one of them deserved the newborn they used as an excuse to refuse to get jobs..... BBUTTTT thats another story anyway I dont have a shop anymore as I have move back in with my folks until me and the GF can find a descent place big enough to make her happy and a shop for me. This has put the buggy on hault as a rolling chassis and I have been pondering selling it and buying a Rhino 700 or Ranger RZR. Im curious what yall would do in my situation? Now theres 2 offroad parks here close by same style wheeling both about the same size but ones for trucks and ones for atvs so thats not really a big deal. Also I have the trailer for both and have wheeling buddies for both the question is would you scrap a buggy project meant for 42's and a 350sbc for a 700cc 4x4 on 26"s with half the wheelbase?

Dont get me wrong I cut my teeth on ATVs and still love riding them but its hard to replace the feeling a flexed out rig can give you...

Never scrap the project, the rest of your days you will think about it. Or maybe that's just me, but I still miss my 70 Chevelle from 13 years ago.

Keep the buggy mate. A UTV will never be as satisfying as something you designed and built yourself.

Yeah I was talking about the Yamaha Rhino bang for the buck the buggy would be way better at bout half the cost but the simplicity of just buying something would be nice.
