Hi everyone,

I just got my 2003 towed. Last week the starter seemed to groan and didn't start. I tried ten minutes later and it fired up. I dropped her off and they found nothing. Now I turn the key and I hear a click. I have a new battery and all lights, radio, etc. The posts are clean. Everything dims on the key turn. I am thinking starter or starter selenoid. Any other ideas?

same thing with my camry, replaced the starter and all waswell, good luck

Tap the starter with a hammer see if she cranks. Might have to get a long pipe to reach it.

Definitely sounds like a starter solenoid to me so far.

starter is stuck, just touch the positives together and it should work.
