The land owner seems pretty determined to sell the land and there is nother Kyle can do about it. Rousch is 100% ready for Paragon to close. She has access to loads of undeveloped land that they plan on making trails out of. They are also putting in artificial rock for competition. I'm assuming that is for Neuroc. Not sure though. Id Even Be Willing To Help If I Could Merely On Principal. From What Ive Read So Far It Seems The Best Way To Deal With It Is Bite The Bullet And See About Buying More Land Elswhere. An off-road park being able to buy land would be impractical. You either have to already own the land or lease it. | ||
