Maybe somebody could scan one of those master sheets from Crutchfield?
I've got the one thats for a head unit and speakers, but its for a '00 and I think they changed the dash design in '02. I'll email it to anyone who needs it....

The picture is generic but if you read it, it makes sense. The dash is SUPER easy to take out...
Disconnect the negative battery terminal to
prevent an accidental short circuit. Unclip
the gear shifter trim bezel and remove.
Remove (2) Phillips screws exposed in the
shifter cavity. Remove (2) Phillips screws
under the climate control cluster. Unclip the
radio trim bezel and remove. Remove (4)
Phillips screws securing the factory head
unit and disconnect the wiring. CAUTION:
DO NOT CYCLE THE KEY WHEN
REMOVING A DASH WITH PASSENGER
AIRBAG ON/OFF SWITCH.

i have an 04 and i believe they are the same interior. i had to remove the center cover below the gearshift and then i found two more srews just at the bottom of the plastic that covers the radio and the climate controls and the cigarrette lighter. after that it should be easy toremov i believe thhere are 4 scres 2 on each side of the radio. i also found the radio connection harrnest for nissan(you can pick up at any auto parts ) to make it very easy to connect the new radio

actually i figured it out that night ...but yes i pulled up near gear shift and it came ou fairly easy... i wasnt too impressedwith using the extra pocket kit....it didnt fit perfect but you cant hardly tell (well the wife hasnt anyway) but overall good...think im going to get here a component set for the front and upgrade the rear...she hates the idea of subwoofers...but i think a single 10 should be sufficient.
we got the studded tires on it a little premature all the snow is off the mountains,
