Yes, it is 2WD. I just washed/waxed when I took this pic. It's pretty much flawless.

Plastic looks better since I took the pic. I hit it with some Back to Black and it made a big difference. Repainting the bumpers and grill are going to make the biggest difference. I'll be sticking with the original gray though. I like it.
