just bought an '07 exterra :love-eyes2-big: X, didnt come with door molding, what is your guys' take without the molding? where can i purchase some molding? and how much do they run? thanks in advance for the help......

i think the truck looks a lot better with it. i know you can get it from the dealer, it's in the accessory books they have there. i'm sure it's probably pretty pricey from them though

i paid $75 for all four doors. i think u need to put them on, lot of crazies out there in the parking lot who do not pay attention when they open their doors and smash them into near-by vehicles

My last car was a 2000 Honda Accord Coupe - no molding (Sedan's have molding). I have countless door dings from the idiots in the parking lots.

The non-body-color bumpers and door guards are two of the things I love about the Xterra. Painted bumpers are for show cars, IMHO. (Fer crissakes, its a BUMPer, it's going to get bumped!)

gotta consider the assholes out there that just let their doors fly open into your truck. So I would say yes, get them just for the protection they offer.

That's why I am lifted with sliders. It'll f'up their door before it even hits mine. ;)
