i just found out that they(and the frontiers) are built on the alpha platform from the Titan. just thought id share that fun fact.

i dont like the way the new xterras look. the fenders are ugly cuz they are too high and fat. and the front end looks strange.. i like the 2002-2004 xterras the best.. like mine.. its just a little underpowered.. i just wish i had the new 4.0 V6 in my xterra. that would be the ultimate..

yes, ill agree on the the 02-04 preference. the new ones dont look agile enough, but they do offer an offroad model. as for the 4.0 the VQ is an awesome motor, however with the products from SLR id be happy with 220-225hp
