So I made it out here to Washington in the south east corner down in Pullman. Over labor day weekend I drove over to the coast and did a little light trail running in my silverado 2500, a little more than I planned with no spare by myself, lol.

Anyhoo, I'm missing the fun of doing some real offroading like back in east TN. Anyone around here gonna be playing around on the rocks that would let me ride shotgun? I'm having mild withdrawal symptoms, lol. There doesn't seem to be anything but wheat fields and dirt roads in Pullman.

Might want to check this place out : http://www.lastgreatroadtrip.com/trail-runs/4x4-adventure-on-the-slab/
For people & places wheeling near you : http://www.pnwadventures.com/
Plus you've got the dunes of Moses Lake or Palouse Falls is in your corner of the State.
The other names from Eastern WA I hear a lot are; LT Murray, Manastash & Liberty.
For ORV parks I'm only familiar with a couple on this side of mountains and they are all built for hard core rigs with just small loops for us no-body-damage-pansies; Evans Creek & Tahuya.

I'm more interested in the hardcore stuff, but I didn't drag my X out here with me as it's not overly streetable anymore and I'm only here for about another 4 months. Body damage brings me joy, lol.

I don't think I recall seeing a Silverado 2500 HD at your house? Did you buy it prior to the move?
yea a couple months prior. The intention was to start using it as a tow vehicle for the X as it became less streetable, plus my old camaro was getting to be a pain in the arse as a daily driver.

It's loud as fack (even after I had my muffler guy quiet it down by about half, but at least I don't get headaches from driving it anymore, lol) and that 6.0 is a hoss. I towed my 53 buick down to knoxville then turned around and towed a 6k+ lb travelall up mowbry mountain in chattanooga the same day. I love this dang truck. It gets-r-done.

Dude I used to go to school in pullman and yes there is nothing but wheat fields out there. There are definitely some wheeling locations out west and if I was up at my parents place I would take you around. If I drive up there during my winter break I will take you for a ride to places I have wanted to go.

Ya it was pretty sweet out there but unfortunately the Construction program wasn't the right fit for me so I transferred to a school that fit me better. My brother is still out there.

It used to be. I sold it to my bud to finance my xterra SAS. It's got the big block 492 in it... no matter where you go, that thing turns heads. Hell, you feel like a kid in the driver's seat it's so big with that gigantic steering wheel... and you can fit full 4x8 sheets in the back. :) They don't make vehicles like that anymore, that's for sure.
