Hi.
I recently purchased a 2006 S model, and while I find driver's accommodations quite comfortable, I'd like the armrest to be a few inches higher and maybe also extend a bit forward.
Does such part exist, or I'll need to manufacture something myself?
Maybe armrest from some other model can be adapted?

i would have to say you might have to custom build something to get that arm rest where you want it.

you will prob have to modify the seat cause you will be raising it a few inches and there will need to be added support

I kinda hoped there is already a replacement part manufactured by someone, but looks like I'll need to make it myself.
In my interior it does not look like I have to do anything with seats to get higher armrest, but my Xterra came with some kind of custom leather seat covers, so might be slightly different that regular seats.
And to be clear - I was talking about armrest on center console, not on doors.
