for those of you that throw the spare on the roof with just the stock roof rack what do u guys hold the tire down ?? im guessing a racheting buckle but i wasnt sure...

Most just use ratchet straps, but most also use something like a Loadwarrior.

Spare on roof is really not the best place for it. It really kills your MPG and it's kind of a pain to get down.
