ot my Nissan Quest Alternator today. I found a good deal on ebay and ended up being the only bidder :).
Figured I'd upgrade now before putting on the winch and I know I'll want lights for my Shrock bumper. Still saving up $$ for a new battery.
I've got the stock alty off (man is it dirty!) and just silicone sprayed the heck out of the new one. Next step is mounting, which hopefully won't be too much of a pita.

It wasn't too bad at all. It fit without any modification (I'm not sure why some people say they had to grind down the mounting points.)
The only problem I did run into, however, was that the screw for the ground wire is smaller on the new alternator. Luckily I had a screw with the correct thread, just too long, after grinding it down a little it was fine.

wow...... wow.... well we have 80 amps and the quest has 125 (110 according to napa) so..... let me open up windows calculator , damn it i just bought a stock one from napa wonder if i should bring it back and get the 125 (napa say like 190 bucks is that right)

I got it on ebay for like $30 or something... and it was in basically new condition.

not bad... well i installed my 80 amp idc tho its good for my system surprisingly.... may have to get a capacitor for my amp though

i need to swap my alt for the quest cause since i installed my system last year the alt is weak now nd that is with a cap..... my lights dim and it aint suposed to with the cap.... i need to get a optima yellow top and a new alt ani should be ok
