Hi: My new 2006 Xterra makes a high pitch squeaking noise whenever it is warmed up and driven over bumps. I had the front suspension all oiled and lube, but it still squeaks. Anyone else have this problem. THanks P

i had the same problem with my 05. it's not the suspension, although it sounds like it. it's the hood squeaking everytime you hit a bump. here's a link i posted in an earlier thread courtesy of the xterra owners' club forum. i used furniture pads to fix the squeak on my hood and haven't heard a peep out of it since...i'm willing to bet that's the problem you're having with your x as well. hope this helps-
