I'm filling the survey out this very second! They screwed up when they gave me a box to free-type whatever I wanted. Here's what I put in the last box when asked "What influences your decision to buy a cleaning product?"

"The most important thing is how good the item cleans. The effectiveness and cost are by far the two things that influence my decision to purchase an item. If I hear bad reviews about an item or try it and see that it is ineffective, obviously I have no use for it. When I purchase a cleaning product, I expect it to clean well, leave behind no residue, and have a strong smell while in use. If my nose hairs feel like they've been burned off, the product probably cleaned what I wanted it to, and in a timely fashion. Also, I expect a good cleaning product to harm the environment. Mother nature is simply too gentle! I've never seen a good cleaning product that you could pour in a creek without killing something."

I think when I get these in the mail, it'll be like finding money in an old pair of pants. You didn't know you had it, it just randomly was there, and it excited you to find it!
