Took about 4 hours with help from 3 friends. (well honestly, they did most of the work :D)
Looks the same.

Only its taller by 2", you can see the frame gap, and there is no front bumper.

how hard was in install? who did you go with for the spacers?

Install is pretty straight forward, not exactly 'simple' but not a high level of difficulty. There's just a lot of steps to follow to make sure you don't screw anything up. It took us about 4 hours total.
I went with the 2" kit from AC (www.4x4parts.com)
