Here are some pictures from my 2 trip to North Carolina this year! We stayed in a beautiful cabin in Bryson City, NC. The weather was great we went biking, hiking, and white water rafting.

Drake, We sure did do Tsali is was like 2 miles away from our cabin! And we did the Nantahala for white water rafting..But I was told next time to do the Ocoee!

I love the Ocoee....one of the best rafting experiences I've ever had....

Tsali is one of the top groups of MTB trails I've ever been on. Very well maintained and good variety of low-gear technical and just balls to the wall wide open downhill runs. Then Nanty is a good river to play around in if you're in a kayak or whitewater canoe and like a lazy run with a few class 2 and class 3 hydraulics and swirls to play in. Depending on the flow, the Ocoee can get rather gnarly for eastern rivers. And all of that set in the Blue Ridge Mountains just makes it awesome. Damn shame Tellico is gone now otherwise you could ride mountainbikes one day, kayak a river the next then wheel all day on a 3rd day and never go more than 20 miles from your base.
