Okay here is my problem about 3 months ago my a/c starting to fell warm. So I recharged the system and that seemed to be okay for about 4 or 5 weeks. Now the ac is not working at all and even worse the only fan speed on have is high speed. My fan does not work at all except when turned on high. Is my problem two separate issues or are they releated. I am guessing but I have no idea.....blower motor and the compressor would they both go out at the same time?.....Help...Help...any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah my Xterra is a 2000 with approx 90,000 miles.

Could be separate problems. The blower works only on high sounds like resistors. They are next to the blower motor and easily changed. The Xterra has had problems with high pressure ac lines leaking. Check it by looking for oily residue in the line, or use a black light and ac dye looks green under the light.
