My brother told me that I should upgrade the bulbs in the headlights to, I believe he called them, HID lighting. Anyone have any thoughts on this and also where/what to buy?

i have done it you will notice a big increase in lighting. i kno where u can get kits for $88 w/ free shipping. They are not the bi-xenon meaning you will only have low beams not high beams.

your bulbs should be a 9007. u wont have high beams with this kit. also i ordered the 6000k ones.

My last set of HID that I put in my 2000 Eclipse was a 10k kit. I went for looks instead of light. Good kit, easy to install and a great place to buy from. I might pick up a kit for my 09 X now too.

check out DDMtuning.com they have amazing HID set ups. Slim digital ballasts and true bi-xenon. They also carry a lifetime warranty on their kit. They also sell another brand of HID's for $40 which is very very cheap but also a good brand.

Hmmm DDmtuning has 9007 Hi/Lo for $110, thats a good price, anyone have these? I might try them out...
