I think they were looking for something that wasn't very intrusive on the overall design, but what do I know? Still a bad ass looking car. First time in a very long time I've even considered buying a GM car.

buy it cause in 2 or 3 years they'll be collectors items. Especially if the government owns half of them. All GM will be selling is prius/insight type vehicles. We've started calling them Government Motors at school.

I love the SS!! I just wish people would know that GM does build reliable cars. I owned a 91 camro Z28 (started with 125K) and beat the shit out of it without anything breaking and sold it with 205K miles. Now I have a 00 WS6 T/A making 345 RWHP with no problems! Can't say the same for the Prelude I had or my wifes old sentra.

Looks cool to me. I bet it would look a hell of a lot better in Black...... most cars do.
